Jesse did an excellent job with our plumbing relocation. he was prompt, courteous and neat about the job and workplace. The job looked better than the original work by the builder.

Called to have garbage disposal replaced. Teddy (plumber) did a check of the other systems before leaving. He found a bad leak in a part of our basement that I wouldn't have found for a couple months. I'm am so impressed with the professionalism and extraordinary attention to detail. Can't overstate how impressed I am with Performance Plumbing and Teddy the plumber that was at my house.
These people are great! The office staff is pleasant, they get you on the schedule fast, their techs are super friendly and respectful - all around great company. This is the second time we have used them and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any of our future needs!
After months of doing dishes in the bathtub, Mark and his helper, Dillion came today to install the dishwasher & sink in our remodeled kitchen (after a flood.) The disposal didn't fit, the pipes were wrong, the electricians left no cord, IKEA put in too big a drawer underneath the sink and even the sink and strainers were too large (thanks kitchen planners, cabinetry makers, electricians.) Mark didn't rest till everything fit. This meant 4 separate trips to the hardware store for parts--always with a smile. He got new pipes, cords, even sink strainers (cool ones that really screw in). He even offered to notch the drawer to make a disposal fit but advised such a move would endanger the integrity of the drawer. When I decided against it, he recommended we market the house someday as "green" and one that makes use of composting instead of an energy inefficient disposal. Smart guy --and funny, pleasant, an absolute pleasure to work with. Because of him, I will always call Performance. Even the kid was as polite and interested as can be. "Yes, M'aam," "Thank you," even called Mark "Sir" (and I came to find out he is the owner's son! Could have been an entitled brat, but nope--he was helpful and wanted to learn everything. After months of contractors (and what almost feels like PTSD after many horrible and expensive experiences,) Mark and working with Performance feels like taking a vacation. They showed up on time (to the minute,) took care of business, they made everything work (despite the obstacles left by other contractors), cleaned up when they left and I even got a discount for being a part of their Maintenance Program. Oh and no extra charge for all those hardware store trips. I would recommend them to everyone.
Owner helped with a 1 off project. Gave great advise and insight a novice like me wouldn't have thought about prior to walking in!
