- At the end of the plan term we come back and do an Annual Inspection consisting of: draining and flushing a tank style water heater that is 6 years or younger, inspecting toilets for leaks and proper flushing, checking faucets for leaks and corrosion, examining shut-offs for proper functioning, and checking the water pressure to make sure it is within the recommended range.
