We are repeat customers. After having our water heater serviced, we decided to have our master bathroom shower replaced. The remodel is beautiful. What's even more impressive is how this team worked! They committed to a date, communicated very well about arrival times and areas where we needed to make decisions. They were polite and professional, and most importantly they covered everything in our home so there wasn't a single speck of dust from the construction. We didn't even need to vacuum or dust after they were finished! I would highly recommend performance plumbing!
Was able to get a quick response from them. The gentleman that came to my house was able to determine the issue within 5 minutes of looking at it. Scheduled the repair just a couple days later. Arrived within the time window and completed the work efficiently. They even gave me a 1 year warranty on the replacement product. Will be recommending to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.
We wanted a space heater plumbed into our existing propane line. Based on word of mouth recommendations from other satisfied customers, we contacted Performance Plumbing to do the work.
The attendant was very professional and courteous on the phone, and we scheduled an appointment. She called the morning of the appointment to inform me they were on the way, and they arrived at the appointed time.
The owner and his son were very pleasant, consummate professionals, and very focused on the job at hand. They were extremely safety minded, and respectful of our home.
The job was done in short order, and looked great when they finished! More importantly, the install is flawless, and the heater is functioning perfectly.
I will absolutely use them again, when I have further plumbing needs. 5 stars in every sense of the rating!!
Just had Rick from Performance Plumbing come out and run a gas line to my fireplace. I am thoroughly pleased and impressed by his work and the extra effort he put into it to make sure it was done right and not just done the easy way. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well. I definitely highly recommended them and, based on this job, would not hesitate to hire them for anything else.

Performance Plumbing is an awesome company that has done work for us a few times i.e., fixing a big leak on a pipe, replacing corroded shut offs, etc. They came out promptly when we needed them and did the work extremely efficiently. They wore covers on their shoes and left the work areas neat and clean. Professional, courteous and efficient – can't ask for much more from a service company. We will certainly be using them again!
