I would highly recommend Performance Plumbing. They recently remodeled our main bathroom. The end results were amazing! In addition to the fantastic job, they were professional, friendly, efficient, and determined to make it exactly the way we wanted it. I will be relying on them for other projects in the future!
I underestimated the end result of our remodeling project. Our new laundry room and full bath are amazing. From start to finish each member of Rick's team was professional, knowledgeable, and had a "can do" attitude. The project started on the day scheduled and was completed on schedule. I highly recommend based on craftsmanship, service and competitive price.
Responsive--Arrived within 20 minutes of call tonite. Chad was very friendly even while working in the dark rain as the basement was backed up. Clearly advised amount due before doing work, thoroughly explained issue with recommendation on how to proceed. If the rest of the techs are as good and personable as Chad, I'll use them again!!
I recently called Performance Plumbing to schedule some plumbing work. Stephanie answered the phone and was very helpful and accommodating to work the repair into my busy schedule. I only use companies based on friend and family referrals. I noticed the other day that there was a leak in our plumbing stack. I ask around work and made a couple calls to my family members. I gathered three different plumbing referrals. I had all three companies give me an estimate. First, I'd like to say only one of those companies were on time for their estimate. Second, only one put on shoe covers when conducting the bid. Thirdly, two of the three thoroughly explained the process of replacing a plumbing stack. As you can guess, Performance Plumbing stood out as the most professional. They didn't have the highest or lowest bid. Their pricing is far and they do superior work. They came in and knock out the plumbing stack as describe and in a timely fashion. Do yourself a favor and hire Performance Plumbing . I'll be recommending them to my friends and family.
Performance Plumbing came out to my house to take a look at a water heater of mine that was acting up. I have lived in my house for 17 years and had not replaced the water heater. The plumber told me that my best option was the replace the water heater as it had outlived it's life expectancy. He took the time to explain to me that I needed to maintenance it yearly and that Performance even offered a plan that they would do that for me for 6 years! I thought that was great. The plumber was very courteous and even though it was at the end of his day he stayed to replace my water heater and even cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Needless to say I have found my plumber for life!
Performance plumbing came out to my house in Foristell to check an emergency signal I was getting from my lift pump. They gave me the entire price upfront and completed the job without any extra charges. They were very friendly and very professional. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I am very thankful for the veterans discount as well. I appreciate everything you did for this marine vet and will definitely use you again in the future when needed.
Great local family-owned company! I needed a wall knocked out to repair a leak from the upstairs bathroom, and they made the repair a lot less painful than I expected knowing a wall and ceiling would be ripped out. Ended up using them again a few weeks later for a new hot water heater.
